Subscriptions, Licensing & Plugin Updates

An active subscription is required in order to get updates and email support. If you have activated the plugin in your WordPress website, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. You can also access to latest version from your account page on this website.

Priority Support

Priority email support is only given to customers with an active subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any point from your account page. Your subscription will remain active for the time you’ve already paid for, no new charges will be done. Your account page has a clear overview of when your licenses expire.

Upgrading & Downgrading Subscriptions

You can upgrade and downgrade your subscription at any point from your account page.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are automatically processed either monthly or annually based on your of your original purchase date. The license renewal will continue and remain valid unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account page. The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.

Grandfathered pricing

If you choose to cancel your subscription, the renewal price might no longer be available to you later. If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been canceled and your license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for the license. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.

Refunds

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. We stand behind our plugin but if for whatever reason you’ve got problems getting the plugin to work we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. We do not grant refunds on renewal orders and/or payments.

Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Note: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the plugin.

After 14 days, no refunds will be given because of administrative reasons.

Applying for refund

To apply for a refund, contact support by replying to your purchase email and tell us why you would like to have a refund. Please include a clear explanation why you want a refund so we can see if there’s a way to help you and others.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Never5 or Related Posts for WP, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if Never5 or Related Posts for WP, or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

Changes

Never5 and Related Posts for WP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
